1. Return Eligibility
7-Day Return Window: You may return your product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unwashed – The saree must be in its original condition without any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Original tags and packaging – All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• No damage or stains – The product should be free from any damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
• Valid proof of purchase – You must provide the original invoice or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Products with missing tags or packaging
• Custom-made or personalized sarees
• Products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Ashwara will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to your Ashwara company wallet account.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the product is received and approved.
Wallet Credit: The refund amount will be available in your wallet and can be used for future purchases on ashwara.com.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:
• Email photos of the damaged product to ashwara91@gmail.com
• Include your order number and a description of the issue
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Since we process and ship orders within 24 hours, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy.
